I order much of our non-fresh groceries from iHerb in the USA, they deliver to Hong Kong using DHL and it arrives 3-5 days.
Prices are cheaper than WholeFoods, and in USA delivery is free. Shipping to HK is really cheap (for a recent order of 100 USD worth of products the shipping was 12 USD - less than USD 1 per item!)
People often ask me what I order from iHerb, so I put together a review page.
If you use my code COH892 you will get a discount on your first order and I get a small perk.
We buy - vitamins, homeopathic medicines, beans, nuts, seeds, cereal, flour, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut oil, raw cacao powder, some snacks like Mary's Gone Crackers (totally addictive!), lots of other stuff, plus all our natural toiletries and some household cleaners too.
We also buy from Amazon, and have put some products we like in the store link above and below. If you buy from the links, it doesn't cost you any extra, and I get a small commission from Amazon which helps pay for the hosting of LantauMama, so it is much appreciated. Thank you!!
