We live in a small village on Lantau Island in Hong Kong, between the Big Buddha and the beach. I am an American Jewish Mama, with a British hubby and two Trilingual HK born kids.
Raising trilingual kids also requires feeding them healthy foods - and that is what I try to do. I’m not a kitchen goddess, my goal is to make healthy living accessible! With easy healthy recipes and simple tips - no refined sugar, no gluten or wheat, no meat - but lots of raw food, fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds and super yumminess. My fermenting shelves are always full of kraut, kefir, kombucha and more.
I use my Masters in Education degree to the fullest when I teach what I am most passionate about - making healthy living accessible for you!
